Comment: Reported violation of TFES Rule #9 by another poster, but moderator deemed warning was not merited, despite moving his post to Complete Nonsense. However, moderator issued a warning to me either for some unwritten rule about "getting to the point in first post" or "spamming."
*Offender revealed having received 6 warnings, yet had not received the usual short temporary ban that has typically come with the 4th warning, such as mine above. Personally reported multiple violations by said offender with no action taken.

First inaccurately characterized my post and the reason for removing it to Angry Ranting board. Then changed explanation after grievance to claim decision was made due to 'snark' tone. Accepted administrator offer to revise and repost. Moderator again removed the topic and issued warning for spamming.
